Understanding Your Photo Rights: A Simple Guide

I know you might have questions about what you can do with the photos you purchase from me. Let's clear the air! This guide outlines my policies to keep things simple and ensure everyone's happy:

Copyright: I hold the copyright to all photos. However, I offer ways for you to enjoy them as you wish.

What You Can Do:

  • Printing: When you buy the "printing rights" for a photo, you can print it as many times as you like. This right belongs only to the original purchaser, not for sharing with others. Need more prints? Just contact me!
  • Social Media: Love showing off your photos? Here's how:
  • Make sure you purchased the printing rights or I posted the photo for sharing.
  • Share on platforms where I have a presence (Facebook, Instagram, Google etc.) - Tag me! @AustinPhotoPro
  • Don't alter the photos (including Instagram filters).

If these guidelines aren't followed, I may politely request the photos be removed.

Perfect for capturing candid, natural moments at sunset.

Ideal for Families, Couples, Individuals, and Kids

  • Up to 1-hour outdoor session at a location of your choice
  • Includes 10 professionally edited digital images, carefully selected and retouched by me, with full printing rights
  • Additional unedited photos will be available in an online gallery. You can choose extra images to be edited at an additional cost per photo. The gallery will be accessible through a password-protected link, with the option to share with family and on social media.
  • Up to 2 outfit changes for variety
  • Optional prints, wall art, and albums available (contact us for pricing and details)

Additional Information:

  • Family Size: Up to 5 people. Sessions cannot be combined.
  • Extra People: There is an additional cost of $25 per extra person beyond the initial 6. Individual sessions or additional participants beyond the family size will incur extra charges.
  • Cooperation: It is important to ensure cooperation, especially with children, to make the session enjoyable and efficient.

Indulge in a luxurious session designed to capture your elegance and creativity.

  • 1 to 2-hour personalized session tailored to showcase your unique style
  • Location of your choice: Whether it's a stunning outdoor setting or an indoor space. These sessions can be as conceptual as you wish. Please note that the price does not include venue rental for indoor locations, which may incur additional costs depending on the venue. Alternatively, you may select a venue of your choice.
  • Three wardrobe changes to explore different looks and highlight various facets of your personality
  • 20 professionally edited images that reflect your essence and create a lasting impression
  • Included: A professional 8x8” photo book with 24 pages to showcase your images
  • Optional Enhancements: Two of your photos can receive extra editing, including small photomontages to create a more surreal effect, if desired
  • Styling and Makeup: A professional stylist and makeup artist is required for these sessions to ensure the best results. Optionally, you may choose to do your own hair and makeup, or we can recommend a professional to enhance your look. This service is not included in the session cost.
  • Preparation & Preproduction: These sessions require additional preparation and preproduction to create a specific style as required by you.
  • Chaperone Requirement: For delicate sessions, a close person or chaperone is required to be present and must sign as a witness or guarantor on the necessary documents.
  • Assistant: I will also bring an assistant to help with the session and ensure everything runs smoothly.
